Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Tuesday that the Canadian embassy is reopening in Kyiv to establish diplomatic presence in Ukraine, but most of its services will continue to be done through other embassies. Trudeau paid a surprise visit to Ukraine over the weekend, where he raised the Canadian flag over the embassy and reopened it.
