The Peterborough Ontario Health Team is seeking $7.6 million in annual provincial funding to deliver healthcare to 6,000 marginalized patients in the city and county. With no precedent for this type of funding request and a looming provincial election on the horizon, they are asking Peterborough City Council for support.
