Suspect caught on camera smashing windows at high end retailer

Police are investigating after several angles of surveillance video shows a suspect using a hammer to smash the windows at “Stefano Ricci” on West Georgia Street in Vancouver. The high-end menswear store says it was hit just as business was starting to pick up after more than two years of the pandemic.
