Douro-Dummer Township has been named one of the top four finalists in this year’s Kraft Hockeyville competition.
The winning community will be awarded $250,000 and host a preseason NHL game.
Home of the Douro Dukes, the township hopes to use the winnings to make its nearly 50 year old facility more inclusive and accessible.
