Halifax city officials hope to rectify criticism over encampment sites

During a heated debate over sanctioned encampment sites for people experiencing homelessness, city officials were open about the fact that nobody currently living rough was included in the decision making process. That’s sparked widespread criticism that city staff say they’re focused on rectifying over the next few months. Alexa MacLean has more on the plan to make that happen.
