B.C. government launches investigation aimed to curb crimes committed by repeat offenders

The B.C. government announced Thursday that they have hired two experts to come up with a program that will aim to curb crimes connected to repeat offenders in the province. Public Safety Minister Mike Farnworth explains some of the details about the program and what they hope to achieve.
