Renee Foley from Toronto Police’s 53rd Division says a postmortem conducted on a body found in a dumpster at a construction site near Castle Frank Road and Dale Avenue, just to the north of the Castle Frank Subway, is of a little girl estimated between the ages of four to seven years. “The child is described as Black, of African or mixed-African descent,” Foley said during a news conference on Thursday.
