During Earth Week 2022, Green Economy Peterborough, a local arm of Green Economy Canada, announced recipients of its first annual Leadership in Sustainability Awards.
The awards recognize efforts by local businesses to reduce their impact on the environment, with actual action plans for reducing workplace greenhouse gas emissions.
Host Teresa Kaszuba heard from coordinator Natalie Stephenson about these businesses, and what Green Economy Peterborough does as an organization.
