This is BC: South Delta man gets attention driving vintage Tatra car

Gary Cullen drives a rare Tatra from the 1940’s which was made in the former Czechoslovakia. It has a distinctive dorsal fin and draws a lot of attention whenever he goes out. It also drew the attention of celebrity car buff Jay Leno who contacted Cullen about restoring one of his own. Jay Durant has his story.
