A violent attack took place in a busy park in Dartmouth on Monday. The alleged assailant was living inside a make-shift shelter assembled by Halifax Mutual Aid and the victim was allegedly an unhappy resident in the area. And now, city councillor Sam Austin is calling on the housing advocates to work together to find solutions. Amber Fryday reports.
