UBC study finds climate change impacting restaurant seafood options

If you’re a big fan of salmon, you might have to start considering some alternate menu options like squid – and it’s all due to climate change. As Aaron McArthur reports, a UBC study that looked at Vancouver restaurant menus dating back to the 19th century found an interesting trend.
