Abbotsford family struggling to rebuild after floods

A dairy farmer in Abbotsford lost a manufactured home in the floods. It’s housing for a farmhand. She replaced it with a new one rather than repairing it. It’s in the same spot as the old one. But she got slapped with a stop-work order from the city.
