It’s been a long five months for Merritt residents who have remained out of their homes since mid-November when raging floodwater devastated the city. But for some 200 properties–finally some good news as the city has rescinded an evacuation order for those residents. And even though they are allowed to return home, many still have to complete their home repairs before moving back in. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
