Grieving family of Okanagan man calls for alert system to be implemented for vulnerable people that are missing

It was a tragic death of a West Kelowna man whose family believes was preventable. Late last year–the mentally unwell man wandered away from his home–only to be found deceased a couple months later. His grieving family now advocating for an alert system they say would prevent similar tragic outcomes. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
