Black balloons scattered all over Okanagan to mark sad anniversary in opioid crisis

It is an anniversary that affects thousands of British Columbians who have lost loved ones to toxic drugs. Today marks six years since the provincial government declared the opioid crisis a public health emergency. And those advocating for more help from governments say the only thing that’s changed since then…is how many more lives have been lost. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
