Tenants living at an Notre-Dame-de-Grâce apartment building are in a fight with their new landlord about having dogs in their homes. The renters say the building’s owner is being abusive by insisting tenants get rid of their animals even though they’ve had them for years. Global’s Phil Carpenter reports.
