No ‘silver bullet’ when it comes to fixing Canada’s housing crisis, Freeland says

Speaking in Surrey, British Columbia on Wednesday, Canada’s Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland said the primary focus of the government’s recently-announced federal budget was “housing,” stating that the multi-pronged approach taken by the federal government is a reflection that there’s no “silver bullet” solution to addressing sky-high housing costs in parts of the country.
