Canada’s cruise ship season restarts amid COVID-19

After a two-year lockdown in the cruise industry, the first ship has sailed back into Canadian waters. Cruise ships saw some of the most dire outbreaks early on in the COVID-19 pandemic, with crushing results for the entire sector. There are high hopes now as the season officially begins, but COVID-19 could complicate the comeback. Catherine Urquhart reports.
