The public safety issues plaguing Vancouver are exacerbated in Chinatown, where graffiti continues to dissuade visitors. Perpetrators are rarely caught or punished and the historic community feels there’s no justice but as Kristen Robinson reports, the province is promising to work with the city to help stop the vandalism.
