You can now dine in a restaurant, go to an indoor sporting event and access other non-essential services without proving your vaccine status in B.C.. The province has lifted it’s vaccine card mandate which was the last remaining COVID-19 measure. As Richard Zussman reports, not everyone is happy about it.
