Province looks to acquire lands near transit hubs to increase density

The province is setting its sights to the sky: looking to acquire land near transit hubs in an effort to increase density and add amenities. The transportation minister says it’s to build more livable communities. But as Kristen Robinson reports, even the best-laid plans can get caught up in red tape.
