Shanghai locks down as COVID-19 infections surge

China is doubling down on its “zero-COVID” strategy as it places Shanghai and 22 other cities under a tight lockdown to suppress surging infections. The strict measures are taking a heavy toll on millions of people, and as Mike Drolet reports, experts believe the strategy is not feasible.
