Conservatives critical of Trudeau Liberals for overspending ahead of federal budget

During an exchange in Tuesday’s session of question period, Interim Conservative Leader Candace Bergen accused the Trudeau Liberals of not taking a moderate approach to spending when creating the federal budget, citing their deal with the NDP. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau disagreed with this attack, citing helpful programs his government has implemented, such as $10-a-day childcare.
