The woman who ran an unlicensed daycare in Vancouver, where a toddler tragically died in 2017, has plead guilty. Susy Yasmin Saad plead guilty in court Monday to one count of failing to provide necessaries of life for 9 children — including Macallan Saini known as Baby Mac.
