New Brunswick 2022-23 tourism budget to rise

As part of Blaine Higgs government’s first budget in 2019, tourism funding was slashed by almost $10 million. Now, for the first time since, funding for the department will exceed that set out in the 2018 budget of the former liberal government. Yet some are still questioning if that’s enough for the pandemic-battered sector. Silas Brown has more.
