A Mi’kmaw elder will soon be heading to Vatican City to request an apology from the pope. She is part of a delegation representing Indigenous people coast to coast. The Assembly of First Nations is leading the trip to meet with Pope Francis. As Alexa MacLean reports they’re seeking justice for residential school survivors and their families.
