Their organization’s name came to the forefront last week when they were named the beneficiary of the latest gathering by the 100 Women PTBO organization. It meant $10,000 would be handed to Bridges Peterborough for their work in helping people move out of poverty. But their organization is far more than boosting budgets with monetary stop gaps.
Host Teresa Kaszuba spoke to two representatives from the group, Rebecca Turland and Lynn Smith-Reeve, to find out how bridging teams and relationship building plays a role in the goals of Bridges Peterborough.
