U.S. President Joe Biden spoke for nearly two hours with Chinese President Xi Jinping in a call on Friday in an effort to warn China not to support Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. China has refused to condemn the invasion and while it recognizes Ukraine’s sovereignty, it also says Russia has legitimate security concerns.
