While most B.C. kids are now out of school for spring break, the weather has been anything but spring-like. The South Coast has been hit with day after day of heavy rain, but for skiers and snowboarders the spring break “washout” is more of a “March miracle” as the snowpack on the local hills is getting a much-needed refresh. Catherine Urquhart reports.
