Pierrefonds-Roxboro wants City of Montreal to take concrete action to prevent flooding

With every spring thaw comes the worry that some Montreal homes will be flooded. As Spring approaches, the mayor of Pierrefonds-Roxboro is calling on the Plante administration to take a proactive approach rather than simply reacting. Jim Beis says his borough has been forced to prep and plan, without help from the city. Global’s Phil Carpenter explains.
