On Friday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced Roman Abramovich had been hit with new sanctions freezing his assets. The Russian oligarch owns 29 per cent of shares in the company Evraz which operates in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Tracy Nagai reports.
