Ontario chief coroner looking into cold-related deaths among Toronto’s homeless

While the cold weather is an inconvenience for most of us, for the city’s most vulnerable, it can be deadly. At least two people have died in Toronto’s freezing streets since 2022 began and now Ontario’s chief coroner is looking into both cases to see if there’s grounds to begin an inquest. Morganne Campbell reports.
