Kirby warns of potential ‘false flag’ after Russia accuses U.S. of funding bioweapons labs in Ukraine

U.S. Defense Department press secretary John Kirby said Friday that the U.S. is monitoring the situation in Ukraine for the potential use of chemical and biological weapons.
