Ontario Premier Doug Ford announced on Friday that the province will invest $2.5 million in the early planning of the Royal Victoria south campus health hub in Innisfil, Ont. Ford said the health hub will provide faster access to surgical procedures and relieve capacity on hospitals and emergency departments.
