Richmond sisters raise awareness for Ukraine with tiny flags and toques

A pair of sisters in Richmond are doing their bit to raise awareness about the plight of children in Ukraine right now. Ten and 11-year old Natalia and Emilia Ramirez have been making tiny Ukrainian flags and toques in the Ukrainian colours and handing them out in their neighbourhood.
