U.S. Vice-President Kamala Harris was in Warsaw, Poland on Thursday for a meeting with President Andrzej Duda. During a joint news conference with the Polish president, Harris called for an investigation into Russia’s conduct in its war with Ukraine. “Absolutely there should be an investigation and we should all be watching, and I have no question the eyes of the world are on this war and what Russia has done in terms of this aggression and these atrocities. I have no doubt,” she said.
