Home prices in the Okanagan continue to soar as inventory remains very low

For nearly two years now since early on in the pandemic–home prices have been climbing steadily here in the Okanagan. And this past month has been no exception. Monthly stats released show that buying a home in the Central Okanagan is getting more and more expensive as buyers compete in a market with very little inventory.
