As Nova Scotia enters Phase 2 of it’s COVID-19 reopening plan, restaurants are able to operate at regular hours and at 75 per cent capacity. But staffing shortages are a concern. The Restaurant Association of Nova Scotia estimates a shortage of as many as 5,000 workers in that sector alone. Amber Fryday reports.
