Russia-Ukraine conflict: Stoltenberg explains why NATO won’t enforce no-fly zone

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg explained Friday that the only way NATO could implement a no-fly zone over Ukraine is to send NATO fighter planes into Ukrainian airspace and “impose that no-fly zone by shooting down Russian planes.” He said doing so could end in a “full-fledged war in Europe.”
