The City of Vancouver has voted to stay the course on its controversial single-use cup fee policy, with some modifications. Since January, businesses have been required to charge customers 25 cents for single-use paper or plastic cups. But as Grace Ke reports, less than one month into the new bylaw, council voted to have staff revisit the fee, which appeared to be hurting those with low or no incomes the most.
