Beach area business owner starts petition, calls on vacant property owners to have some pride

While the pandemic has taken a toll on small businesses, one business owner in the Beach neighbourhood says empty store fronts have been a problem in her community for decades and she’s had enough. Our Melanie Zettler finds out what she’s hoping to achieve with a new petition.
