Russian troops closing in Kyiv on day 2 of invasion of Ukraine

As Russian soldiers converge on Kyiv, they have been slowed by a determined defense from Ukrainian armed forces and a growing number of civilians who are taking up arms against the invasion. While Moscow has made it clear its goal is to topple the Ukrainian government it’s facing dogged opposition both in the country and from the international community. Paul Johnson reports.
