U.S. President Joe Biden said Thursday there would be a “complete rupture” of U.S.-Russian relations if Russia continues on “the path that they’re on.” Asked if there was a new Cold War beginning, Biden said it depends, given the “vast majority” of the world is in opposition to what Russian President Vladimir Putin is doing. He added that it’s going to be a “cold day for Russia,” since few are coming to his defence.
