Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Thursday condemned what he called a “horrific, unprovoked” attack on Ukraine by Russia. Trudeau said in launching a military operation, Russian President Vladimir Putin has “needlessly put the lives of innocent people at risk” and that such a move is a “massive threat to security and peace around the world.”
