Conservative MP Luc Berthold spoke Thursday about the ongoing protests in Ottawa and said that residents and businesses were “collateral damage of a situation that goes well beyond Ottawa streets and Ottawa citizens.” He again said “illegal blockades” must come down, but said tensions amid the protests need to be “calmed down.”
