Trucker protests: Conservative MP says Ottawa residents, businesses are ‘collateral damage’

Conservative MP Luc Berthold spoke Thursday about the ongoing protests in Ottawa and said that residents and businesses were “collateral damage of a situation that goes well beyond Ottawa streets and Ottawa citizens.” He again said “illegal blockades” must come down, but said tensions amid the protests need to be “calmed down.”
