Manitoba RCMP says remaining protesters at Emerson border crossing to move out shortly

Manitoba RCMP Sgt. Paul Manaigre spoke Wednesday about negotiations that had occurred with COVID-19 mandate protesters at the Emerson border crossing and said by 12 p.m. local time, the remaining demonstrators would begin to move out of the area. He said full access to the Emerson port of entry would then be restored.
