Quebec health minister says decision to end vaccine passport system not made as a result of pressure from trucker protests

Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, Quebec Health Minister Christian Dube said the decision to end the vaccine passport system in Quebec as of March 14 was made as a result of scientific analysis and the available evidence, not as a result of the ongoing “trucker protests” in Ottawa and across the country.
