Toronto Police homicide Insp. Hank Idsinga announced on Tuesday that a 14-year-old boy had been charged with first-degree murder and attempted murder following a shooting at David and Mary Thomson College Institute on Monday that left an 18-year-old boy dead. He said they are working with the school and will continue to interview witnesses and review surveillance footage.
