Ontario under state of emergency as police prepare for third weekend of convoys

Ontario’s premier has called a state of emergency following days of blockades at the country’s largest border crossing. This move is applauded by federal officials who are asking protesters to go home as police forces expect demonstrations across the country to ramp up over the weekend. Kyle Benning has more.
