Ottawa Police Deputy Chief Steve Bell said on Friday that the force is expecting an influx of demonstrators this weekend in Ottawa and warned them: “Don’t come. You’re not welcome here.” Bell also said that they’re ready to enforce “unlawful activity from spitting on the sidewalk to hate crimes.”
